During our excursion we will divide the itinerary as follows:

• Departure from Piazza Francesco Pizzo in Marsala at 10:00 am
• Departure from Piazza Vittorio Emanuele in Trapani at 10:00 am

Based on your needs, you can decide which of the two cities to leave from.

• Expected arrival in Marsala at 10:30 am
• visit of the salt pans and boat excursion to the Sagnone islands for about 2 hours
• Expected return to Marsala at 1:00pm.

How much does admission to the Salt Pans cost?

Admission fee varies according to age. For children up to 12 years of age, for the visit to the windmill and for the guided walk along the salt pans, the cost is € 5, while for adults the cost is € 15.

If you want to take advantage of the moment to take a trip to Mozia, the cost of the ferry to the small island is € 5, round trip, while children will pay a reduced fee of € 2.50 . In addition to the price of the ferry, visiting Mozia requires an access ticket of € 9.00.

What to visit at the Marsala Salt Pans

After this visit you can go into the wonderful salt pans, walking through the salt dunes. From June until September, you can closely observe the crystallization of salt, and participate in the harvest. A truly unforgettable experience.
